Brave Equity Conversations
Faculty / Instructors
Strategies that cultivate equitable and inclusive practices are empowering within an educational community. This requires systematic approaches that impact the framework for professional development, leadership development, curriculum development, and personal growth.
The Brave Equity Conversations series provides a professional development experience that will increase awareness of where systemic inequities of all kinds exist (racial, socio-economic, religious, gender, sexual orientation, abilities, etc.). This series will help you create strategies to respond to potential bias and barriers to success that may impact early childhood professionals.
