Attention Keystone College PDO Students:

We were made aware that the Middle States Commission on Higher Education publicly announced its decision to withdraw accreditation from Keystone College as of December 31, 2024. Keystone College plans to appeal this decision. Please see attached statement from Keystone College.  It is important to note Keystone College will maintain accreditation through the appeal process, which is expected to extend into the new year.

We are working with Keystone College to determine how we can best support our students throughout this process. Students may contact Keystone College directly with questions.  Keely Boles is our PDO contact and can be reached by email at  [email protected]

Rest assured, the PDO@PASSHE is working to assist you in any way possible. Our PD Coordinators are available to discuss your educational plans as they relate to this news. PDO coursework is designed to transfer into our partner institutions, and we are poised to ensure your educational goals are met.  Your PDO funding is not at risk and will follow you to your next PDO partner institution should the need arise.

We are committed to keeping you informed.  Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at any time. I can be reached at 717-422-6328 or [email protected]
