Effective July1, the following ECEPDO@PASSHE partner schools have merged: Edinboro University (now PennWest Edinboro) and Clarion University (now PennWest Clarion) are part of PennWest University. Also, Lock Haven University is part of the Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania (but retains its name).
The same high-quality education has not changed!
